KOMODO TOUR 4D/3N LIVE ON BOARD

Day 01: LABUAN BAJO/KOMODO AIRPORT-KELOR ISLAND-RINCA ISLAND-KALONG ISLAND FLYING FOX ISLAND

We will pick you up at Komodo airport and drive you to the harbor where you will be greeted by our local guide and then board our boat and sail about 1 hour to Kelor Island that has a beautiful white sand beach where you can snorkel or just relax. Then back on the boat for lunch while sailing to Rinca Island. On arrival, there will be a local Ranger who will accompany you to explore and observe the activities of the Komodo Dragon (the largest lizard in the world). See the dragons in their natural environment during a one-and-a-half-hour trek. Some other wild animals can be seen such as: wild pigs, wild buffaloes, wild horses, Timor deer and monkeys. Back on the boat for an afternoon of sailing to Flying fox Island to see a thousand fruit bats flying out from Mangroves. Dinner and stay overnight on the boat.

Day 02: FLYING FOX ISLAND-PADAR ISLAND-LONG PINK BEACH-PINK BEACH-KMODO ISLAND

Breakfast will be served as we sail to Padar Island. On arrival, a 30-minute walk to the top of the Island where you will see spectacular panoramic views. Then back on the boat for sailing to Long Pink Beach where you can relax and swim. After that, sail to Pink Beach for snorkeling. This is one of the best snorkeling locations in the park. Then sail to Komodo Island and do an afternoon trek to see more Komodo dragons and some other wild animals like Timor Deer, Wild Pigs, and some other tropical birds. The Ranger will lead you during a one-and-a-half-hour trek. Then Back on boat for a short sail to Kalong Island for dinner and stay overnight on the boat.

Day 03: KALONG ISLAND–MANTA POINT-TAKA MAKASAR-GILI LAWA

After breakfast, sail to Manta point to “hopefully” see Manta Rays (no guarantee, depending on the season) and some snorkeling. After that go to Taka Makassar for relaxing on white sandy beach in the middle of the ocean. After that go back to the boat for lunch while we sail to Gili Lawa Island to do an afternoon trek to the top of Gili Lawa to see amazing panoramic views and enjoy the sunset. Back to the boat for dinner and stay overnight on Boat.

Day 04: GILI LAWA-KANAWA-ANGEL ISLAND-HOTEL/KOMODO AIRPORT

After breakfast, a morning sail to Kanawa Island for snorkeling and relaxing on a soft white sandy beach. Back on boat for lunch while sailing to Angel Island for more snorkeling and relaxation while enjoying the beautiful white sandy beach. Then sail back to Labuan Bajo where we will drive you back to the airport for your flight back.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING:

The dress is casual. Clothing should be light, preferably cotton with at least one long sleeved shirt and pants. Bathing suits, flip-flops or sandals, sneakers or walking boots, camera (lots of film if required), replacement batteries, and spares. Bring one light sweater or jacket as it can get cool in the highlands. Also bring sunscreen, insect repellent, sunglasses, sunhat, raincoat (during rainy season), small flashlight, Cash (in IDR) for tips, gratuities, & other personal expenses.
